Privacy

How this website handles information about its visitors.

Provisional text, subject to legal review.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not ask for personal data to browse. We never ask for children’s data. To know how many visits the site gets, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not identify visitors and only counts page views, country and device type.

The contact form is made for grown-ups. Your name, email, city, and message are used only to reply: the message is sent to our email and is not stored on the site. Stories are only published if you tick the permission box in the form, and only with your first name and city.

The launch notice (“Notify me”) is also for grown-ups only. We keep your email, the site language, what you want to hear about (the comic or the shop) and the date, in a list stored on our server that is not public. We use that email only to tell you about the launch and Tito & Candi news. To be removed, ask through the contact form or reply to one of our emails.

Some preferences are stored only in your own browser, never on our server: the chosen language, whether the music and page-turn sound are on (and where the music stopped), the greeting already shown, and, in the shop, the items in your bag. You can erase them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Pictures colored in the coloring activity stay on your device: they are saved or printed only if you choose, and nothing is sent to us.

The site’s fonts and images are served by the site itself. The hosting provider may log technical data (such as IP address and access time) for security and operation.

Shop (United States): when you check out, you are taken to the Tito & Candi shop’s payment page on Shopify, where you enter your address and payment details. That information is handled by Shopify and by the partners that make and deliver the order, under the shop policies linked on the payment page. Purchases on Amazon happen on Amazon’s website, under its policy.

Links to stores and social networks (such as Instagram) open other websites with their own privacy policies. We recommend that a grown-up accompany the child in those cases. Messages sent to us on Instagram follow Instagram’s policy.
